Ideally, you should reserve the required devices a few weeks before the planned inventory date. Especially for larger quantities or special models, we recommend a lead time of approximately 2–4 weeks to ensure availability and on-time delivery.

Yes, we keep a buffer of immediately available devices ready and can deliver at short notice in urgent cases. Even a few days before the inventory, scanners can usually still be rented, provided capacities are available.

No, all rental devices are delivered fully pre-configured by us. The required software is already installed and ready for use. If you would like to use your own software, we will take care of the setup in advance or support you with the installation.

If a scanner fails, please contact us directly. We will provide a replacement device at short notice so that your inventory can be continued without major delays. As a rule, the replacement takes place within a short period of time in order to minimize downtimes.

The scope of delivery includes the device itself as well as suitable accessories, including a 6-way battery charging station with power supply, replacement batteries, USB cables and USB sticks for master data transfer. Test instructions are also part of the scope of delivery.

If desired, it is possible to take over rental equipment after the rental period has expired or to purchase alternative purchase equipment. This allows you to start with the rental first and decide later whether a purchase makes sense for your application scenarios.
